Job Overview

Join our dedicated and compassionate team as a Registered Nurse (RN) working weekend nights (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM). This remote position offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality end-of-life care to patients and their families in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in their residences.
  • Formulate and execute personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding disease management and coping mechanisms.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Extend emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families during challenging times.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to offer continuous support to patients and families.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient documentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a current, active, and unrestricted RN license.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospice, palliative care, home health, or a comparable field.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
