### Key Responsibilities

**Client Support:**
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HD Supplys products and services.
Assist customers in navigating the HD Supply website and online systems.

**Communication:**
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring they receive up-to-date information about their inquiries and support tickets.
Document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

**Problem Solving:**
Identify recurring issues and propose effective solutions to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to escalate complex problems and provide feedback for system enhancement.

**Administrative Tasks:**
Perform data entry and maintain updates in customer databases.
Organize and manage customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

**Training and Development:**
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
Engage with team members to share best practices and improve customer service strategies.

### Requirements

**Education & Experience:**
A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is a plus.
Minimum one year of experience in customer support or a related field.

**Skill Set:**
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to make sound decisions quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

**Personal Attributes:**
Resourceful and hardworking; able to navigate challenges independently.
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

**Technical Proficiency:**
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and helpdesk platforms.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and remote communication tools.
