Pharmacy Technician Instructor
Description
The Part-Time Instructor for the Pharmacy Technician Program will be responsible for providing instruction in various Pharmacy Technician courses. This role involves directing student discussions and evaluating student performance in both classroom and online settings. The instructor will assist students with career planning and job placement, and will cooperate with college personnel to enhance the educational experience.

Skills
- Thorough knowledge of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Technician fields
- Ability to instruct diverse audiences
- Proficient in operating computers and video chat technology (e.g. Zoom)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and staff
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn Canvas Learning Management System
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction in Pharmacy Technician Program courses
- Evaluate and guide student progress through individual conferences
- Cooperate with college personnel on student career planning
- Attend regular training sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Education or a closely related discipline
- College teaching experience preferred
