Position Brief

HR Manager / Office Department · FT Position: 40hrs per week / On-site M-F / Greensboro, NC. · Wage range: Negotiable and will be based on experience, up to $60,000 to 85,000. Qualifications · B.S. degree with 7 years , at least in industries or profit organizations, especially, human resources experience and/or training or equivalent. · Experience in recruiting and employee relations capacity preferred. · HR Certification is desirable (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM). · Global mobility experience with immigration law is desirable. · Experience in a large manufacturing environment a plus. · Strong communication skills with the ability to lead at all levels. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver in short time frame · Ability to work extra hours as necessary when the workload demands.
