Position Description:

Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects within our CRM system. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM software, project management methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the successful execution of CRM initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of CRM projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful project execution.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related projects.
Train and support end-users to fully utilize the CRM system.
Develop and maintain project documentation.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure the CRM system supports the company's business objectives.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and IT teams.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Develop and implement best practices for CRM project management.
Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system.
Facilitate communication between project team members.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Stay up to date with the latest CRM technologies and trends.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve CRM processes.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as a CRM Project Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of CRM software and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management software.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Experience in training and supporting end-users.
Knowledge of best practices for CRM project management.
Ability to develop and maintain project documentation.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Experience in conducting post-project evaluations.
Knowledge of data integrity and security best practices.
Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
