Associate BI Developer

1. Design and develop data solutions to support business objectives and enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
2. Maintain and improve existing data solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide meaningful insights.
4. Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
6. Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot data issues to ensure data integrity.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and business intelligence.
8. Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance data processes.
9. Work closely with business users to understand their needs and provide technical support and guidance.
10. Continuously monitor and optimize data processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices.
12. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
13. Follow established data security and privacy protocols to ensure the confidentiality of company data.
14. Contribute to the success of the company by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

15. Job Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

    At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Business Intelligence Development, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Or Tobacco Industry.

    Strong Proficiency In Sql And Database Management, With Experience Using Tools Such As Microsoft Sql Server, Oracle, Or Mysql.

    Knowledge Of Etl Processes And Tools, Such As Ssis Or Informatica.

    Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
