WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper, the following will be your duties:

Manage accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, verifying transactions, and reconciling accounts.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors and suppliers.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Prepare and process employee expense reports and reimbursements.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.
Allocate up to 2 hours per day assisting the wire and check processing team with client payments.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

The Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper should possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience working in accounts payable or bookkeeping roles, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar programs.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Solid understanding of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

BENEFITS:

Compensation: $25 - $30 an hour depending on experience

Position Type – In person at the High Rise Financial office in Los Angeles.

Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week
